HETA was hired to guide the makeover of this high end condominium complex on Ile des Soeurs. The entire underground garage roof had to have new waterproof membranes installed, which became the opportunity to start with a clean slate. The pedestrian and vehicular circulations were improved, more efficient parking layouts were planned, the lighting layout was revised and an all new planting strategy for this climatically difficult site was developed.
