La Face cachée de la pomme cidery, located in the heart of the orchards, consists of a heritage stone house and contemporary commercial and industrial buildings. The approach involved the contribution of design professionals at every step. Giovanni Diodati, architect, Alain Desgagné, interior designer, Myke Hodgins, landscape architect, and Michel Valois, graphic designer, were therefore given the mandate to participate in this unique multidisciplinary adventure. Different strategies were proposed to skillfully separate the part of the garden used by the owners from the one adjacent to the shop that welcomes hundreds of visitors. Natural and raw materials, like the ones featured on the buildings, were used for the landscape design.
